NOEX is a consulting engineering firm entirely specialized in trenchless technologies. Its areas of expertise include installation and replacement technologies without excavation. The company offers comprehensive design services, including feasibility studies, geotechnical data assessment and site condition evaluations, preparation of tender documents, as well as construction management and inspection services. Continuously focused on risk management, our professionals draw on their experience to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to complex challenges.
Our History
NOEX was founded in 2016 by Steeve Larivière with the primary goal of offering a unique engineering service in the trenchless field in Quebec. Today, as a Quebec leader, NOEX is recognized for its extensive expertise and the quality of the services it provides.
Steeve Larivière, President and Senior Engineer
Mr. Larivière holds a degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering and has over 25 years of experience in drilling for civil and mining engineering projects. He has worked in companies as a designer and project manager, in addition to holding various executive positions. Since 2009, he has expanded his expertise to trenchless technologies and has completed several hundred projects with high levels of complexity. As a co-founder of the Trenchless Technology Congress and the Trenchless Technology Association of Quebec, Mr. Larivière is deeply committed to advancing the industry through his involvement.
